David Anderson of Anderson Leadership Solutions Joins Military Mom Talk Radio with Sandra Beck and Robin Boyd, October 27

daveandersonEach individual and every organization rises and falls based on the strength of their individual or organizational character.  David Anderson leads individuals to grow into leaders of character, particularly essential to transition military experience to civilian career growth.

David Anderson’s dad, Gen.(ret.) James Anderson taught him that leadership is a blend of competence and character. David followed his dad’s footsteps by attending West Point and it instilled in him that continuous character education and reinforcement is the way to grow exceptional leaders of character from high potential people. David spent 20 plus years in a Fortune 50 company and observed that focusing development on competence training alone is inadequate.

Now, instead of doing it for one company, David’s firm, Anderson Leadership Solutions does it for a wide range of motivated individuals and organizations. He inspires leaders of character rise up throughout every organization he is in contact with to lead well! His mission is To lead good people to become the great people God designed them to be.   In a consulting role or as a coach, David’s goal is to inspire radical growth in leadership, character and productivity.

David lives in Tyler, Texas with his wife and two children, is very involved with their education, sports and continues a deep commitment to their church and Christian youth education.
